I shared my referral code but haven't received points yet. Why is that?

If you've shared your code with a friend but haven't yet received a reward, the most likely explanation is that your friend has not yet placed their first order, which must include a Ploom device. You will receive your points when their first device order is complete. Visit the Refer a Friend page for more information on rewards and read the Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions.


If your friend has completed their first order, including a Ploom device, but you still haven't received your reward, please contact the Ploom Care Team for assistance.
