Delivery Timeframes 

  • Next-Day Delivery: 
    Orders placed before 12:00 PM – next business day in major cities. 
    Other Emirates may take 2 business days. 
  • Same-Day Delivery (Dubai only): 
    Order before 11:30 AM for same day delivery. 

The below areas are not eligible for Same day delivery service in Sharjah & Dubai. Orders placed before 11:30 AM in the below areas will be delivered the next working day.

You will receive order status updates via email. Simply check your email to view your order status, where you can also access the tracking link and delivery status in more details. Another way to find order status is user admin panel:

3. You will see order status there
