My Ploom AURA isn't working, what do I do?

If your AURA has stopped working, first check these:

- The slider hasn't been closed

- The USB-C cable isn't plugged in

- The front panel is correctly in place

If you're still having no luck, it's time to reset your device. Simply:

1. Remove the front cover.

2. Gently press down on the button for five seconds with a thin blunt object such as a ballpoint pen.

3. The LED line will flash and your device will vibrate. Your Ploom AURA is ready to go again!
