Can I set a safety lock on my Ploom AURA?
Yes. Here's how to set up a safety lock so only you can use your device:
1. Connect your Ploom AURA to power with the USB-C charging cable.
2. Open and close the slider.
3. Press the button area twice.
4. Now press it again and hold until your device vibrates and the LED line blinks at a slower speed.
5. While it's flashing, you have 20 seconds to create a short sequence. There are three combinations of slider positions and/or button presses available (10 maximum). This is your password.
6. Your device will vibrate and the LED line will blink to confirm the lock has been set. You're ready to go!
To unlock and enjoy your Ploom, simply enter your password. You have two seconds per input. Your device will vibrate when unlocked.
